Normally, I just do what the recipe tells me, but thanks to other review comments I did not just automatically mix the dressing in to the couscous/veggie combo - I tested it with a small sample and decided that I liked it better without. But the dressing made a great veggie dip.

lots of flavor; wouldn't change a thing. The curry gives it that extra "umph"; adding grilled/sauted shrimp and you have a perfect meal. Thanks Giada, another winner!

Absolutely delicious and easy salad! I had tried another couscous recipe before and was not a big fan but this recipe has converted me : This one is a keeper, it is a moist, delicate, filling, tasty couscous salad. Thanks to one of the reviewers, I used 3 cups vegetable stock for 1 and 1/2 cup couscous and it was perfect. I did add a little bit of honey to the dressing, but I think it would be great without it as well. Thanks again for another great recipe Giada!!!

I read all the reviews before making this yesterday. Some of the things I noticed was that the couscous came out dry. I would recommend adding more broth to cook the couscous since mine came out dry and I used vegetable broth as I wanted it to be vegetarian. I added more vegetables such as zucchini, green onions and bell peppers. For protein I added garbanzo or chick peas as suggested by other reviewers, which was as excellent as it made it more filling. I loved the roasted cauliflower it was excellent and I use cauliflower a lot but I mostly sautee it. Also, I made more of the dressing, added more lemon since I like it lemony and added honey like recommended by other reviewers and added it to the couscous and put it in the fridge in the hopes it would moisten it, but it had no impact. I like the recipe but I did not enjoy the dryness of the couscous and would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations any one has.

This recipe is delicious and flexible. I've made it twice now, and the whole family liked it both times. I also added a little honey to the dressing which helped. I used bulk couscous, and 1 cup of couscous to 2 cups chicken broth worked well. Chicken or garbanzos both compliment the recipe for added protien. I didn't have a cucumber so I tossed in green onions and red bell pepper. Very colorful and super easy!

I liked the recipe. When I roasted the califlower with olive oil, salt and pepper I also added some shredded parmesan! Yum! I also added a little honey to the dressing. I preferred to add the dressing as I served it with just a little on the top like a sour cream. Thanks Giada!

I didn't really like this recipe because the curry was overpowering to me. This recipe reminded me of an Indian style of cooking. I would reccomend that if you don't like Indian food that you wouldn't really enjoy this dish.
