I am not a rich chocolately dessert fan, but these cookies rocked!! I LOVE the espresso beans in them, what depth of flavor they give them. They were a little flat though. My eggs were not room temp. don't know if that was the problem or not. I will definitely make them again though!!

YUMMY!!! I didnt have Espresso beans so added some heath bar bits they turned out great. They were super chocolatey. Does Jade REALLY like the espresso beans? I cant imagine my kids enjoying that. Will make again!!!

I didn't add espresso beans but the cookies still taste excellent! It is soft and tender like a cake for the inside and slightly crunchy for the outside. Thanks Giada! I am definitely making it again!

I made these for the first time for my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower along with other Italian cookies and they were a big hit. Everyone loved them!

Theses cookies are decadent and perfect for chocolate lovers. The espresso brings gives the chocolate a wonderful depth of flavor. Make sure you grind up the espresso beans enough or else it will be too crunchy in the cookie. These are great to make as a gift for someone!
