These cookies turned out PERFECT. They stay soft even after they are cooled. My BF LOOOOVES these. I'll for sure make more: watch the cook time, they literally need to be in for 9 min and switched for another 7 min.

OMG these cookies are amazing! I agree with a few of the other posters, you should definately make a double batch! I'm actually writing my list for the store right now to get more ingr to make a double batch... People just don't like to be told that they are limited as to how many they can have lol. I am going to try making them smaller this time, for one thing they will go farther and second they are so rich its hard to eat a whole one (don't get me wrong, I can do it thought. Enjoy!!!

These are so good! I didn't read the part about refrigerating them for 10 minutes to firm up the dough and they still came out great. Next time I won't forget this step though to make them even puffier.

Make sure you chill the dough. I made this the first time ( didnt chill & the were super flat but they tasted great. Second, I actually read the recipe & saw that you were suppose to chill the dough & they came out fluffy and cake-like, wonderful :D thank you giada Lovin the chocolate & mint combo, too!!!

Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! I have made these about 5 time and they get rave reviews. I don't care for mint so I use large dark chocolate chips, and slightly more than it calls for. These are big cookies and the texture is great soft on the inside and crunchy when you bite into a chip. Enjoy, these are a win- win

These were very good! I loved them. They are cake-like but I loved it. I decided to add chocolate chunks instead. Oh yum.

They are good, but not my favorite. The cookies come out soft, almost like a cake. I thought you could make a woopie pie using these cookies.
