Amazing cake-like cookie was fabulous! I gave some to my friends and they really enjoyed them! These would really be good with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce too! Thanks Giada!

Followed the recipe exactly, and they turned out perfectly! Cake-like cookies, and I'm curious to try it with other add-ins besides Andes chocolate; the batter seems flexible and is a good base.

Delicious cookies! Very cakey, almost like brownies. I've made them twice; the first time I used peanut butter chips and last night I made them again with the Andes. Both were outstanding, but I think I like the peanut butter more! The Andes did give it a more sophisticated taste. Whatever you're in the mood for will work. I might fold in dark chocolate chips to make it a triple chocolate cookie. :

I made these for the first time and my husband just adored them. I'm not a big chocolate person, but I thought they were great. Will definitely make these again!

I literally just had my first bite! Deeeelish!!!! I used convection @ 325 for 17 min. I used the recommended scoops and got 12 cookies They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The outer edge kinda reminds me of a soft biscotti-if there is such a thing LOL! Makes me think, what else can i throw in there instead of the mint-snickers, twix???? The mint is awesome though! Enjoy!

Cooking time was off for me.

I used a 1.5 inch scoop (golf ball size like a previous reviewer had posted because I didn't want my cookies to be as big as Giada made hers. After 16 minutes, they tasted good, but still very moist in the middle to the point where it was hard to pick up it fell apart.

Cooking them 25 minutes total seems to do the trick. They are little more firm & still chewy on the inside. The flavor of the cookie is very good & decadent. I like the kick of mint from the Andes candies too. Using this size scoop gave me about 20 cookies.

These cookies are amazing. I made a double batch and gave some to my parents and brought some to work. A huge hit all around! The only thing I would say is that I had to increase the oven temp to 325 for the second batch, and they took slightly longer to bake than the recipe called for. Regardless, they're delicious!

Not that great and I've had better. Way too dry and they don't bake like the recipe states. Not sure what everyone is raving about in these reviews. I'm an avid baker and these just don't cut it.

Just made these and I'm in heaven. Recipe produced a surprisingly light "cake like" cookie that is chocolatey minty goodness! I decided to make the cookies smaller and used a 1.5 inch scoop which yielded 28 cookies. I also used 1/2 of a 10 oz. bag of Andes creme de menthe baking chips. I baked @ 325 on convection. I baked 2 sheets at once, rotating them 1/2 way through baking time, baking a total of 17 min. I removed them immediately from the baking sheet to a cooling rack and had no problem with them falling apart. If you like chocolate and mint, you HAVE to try these!
