    This pie was a hit at work and everyone wanted the recipe! Its nice, light citrus flavor is perfect for the brunch that I brought it for. I also really liked the rice in it, it offered a nice texture contrast.

    I was hesitant about working with phyllo dough, but I had no problem. This pie is easy to make and tastes wonderful. The cheese is creamy and the orange zest really pops! I am definitely passing this recipe on to friends and family.

    i had some people over for a card game and served your easter pie with out break, everyone raved about it. you did it again giada and that is why you remain my favorite cook.

    My first Italian Easter pie. I was so proud to bring this to my family's table. It looked beatiful, smelled delightful and was absolutely delicious.
