Easy to make; full of flavor. Used leftover mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving...made exactly as the receipe directed...did add a couple of slices of bacon to finish it off.

These are good, but the potatoes pancakes were a bit bland, and you need to cook them for like twice as long as she says.

I didn't have the recipe in front of me so I made it from memory but it was so good! I don't eat meat and I didn't have any mushrooms so I caramelized an onion and I forgot to flour the potato cake, so it didn't have a good crust. But It was very good and my boyfriend loved it!

The potato pancakes were perfect with a crisp outside and soft center ..... and the sweetness of the marinara went so well with all the other flavors ..... a definite repeat :

My girlfriend just made this for dinner and now we are sick to our stomachs. It's a terrible mix of ingredients and a waste of good eggs. Who sits around and decides that eggs go well with tomato sauce?
