This was a VERY simple dessert! I wish that you didn't have to wait 6 hours to eat it. It is GREAT! I had a hard time finding instant espresso, so I just used instant coffee. This is a great recipe and I will be making it often!

I love Giada and her recipes. Everything is so easy and delicious. This one is definitely a keeper. If you love the taste of coffee, you've got to try it. It will stretch to 4 servings...it's quite rich. I put it in martini glasses and we felt like we were in a fancy restaurant!

i thought this recipe was really good. i used 2 c. of cream, and a full pkg. of the gelatin; also used only 2 tsp. of the instant espresso & put the panna cotta into small glasses to get 4 servings - recipe turned out fin. will definitely make again.

This was so simple I thought that I was doing something wrong. I didn't have gelatin, I used pectin and it worked great....you should use it within two days, and I suggest covering it after it cools, it will get hard on top....

Panna Cotta was a treat from my grandmother, I always thought it was complicated, Giada made it so simple Thanks!!!

I loved this. Didn't change the recipe at all & won't the next time either...it was perfect. I garnished w/ chocolate toffee bits.

My husband loved this recipe, and he's usually not a fan of anything pudding-like. The chocolate on top was really good with it. I only used the dark chocolate, not the white, because I didn't have any, and it was really good. You wouldn't like this recipe if you're not a fan of coffee flavored stuff, though. But we thought it was great - and it was quick and easy. I'll definitely make this again.

Absolutely wonderful. Instead of the espresso, I used 3 oz. of dark chocolate. It can easily be used for 4 servings.
