This dish is so easy and great for a weeknight meal. My whole family loves it. Definitely a staple in our house. I sometimes use Italian sausage instead of turkey sausage and I also coat the pasta with chicken broth at the end to keep it a little moist. It's so yummy!

This is a simple and yummy recipe. Following the tips from the other reviewers I sauted onion and garlic before adding the mushrooms. I also added 1/2 cup of white wine (because I happened to be sipping some and reduced it in the mushrooms before finishing the dish. Very tasty. Everyone loved it...even the babies.

This is a great dish and it is a staple in my house. However, I do find it a little lacking in flavor so I also add lots of onion and garlic. I also find I don't need near the amount of oil suggested.....to keep it healthier I add oil as I go using just as needed to keep it moist.....quick and easy!!

I thought overall this meal was pretty good. It was very easy to make which I loved. I also added garlic and onions to give it a little more flavor. I didn't add all the oil the recipe called for, for some reason mine wasn't dry at all. This will be perfect to make during the week when I come home tired from work!

This dish is so simple and very delicious. I added onions and garlic as some other reviewers had suggested and they are a very tasty addition. I'm planning to make it tonight w/ a mix of sweet and spicy Italian sausage in lieu of the turkey sausage so we'll see how it comes out! The grana padano cheese is delicious! Having never heard of it before I thought it might be difficult finding it at the store but not at all. This will be a repeat meal for years to come!

Good and easy. It doesn't require many ingredients, and it didn't take me long to make it either. I added onions because I was afraid it would be bland. The flavors go together very well.
