    I made this the other night for a crowd and everyone loved it. Wouldn't change a thing. It was delicious!

    This pasta came out bland. For the amount of cheese and other stuff in it it was surprising that it did not taste that good. Leftovers are very bad.

    This was not as good as I was expecting. I don't know if I did something wrong or if it is just this recipe...but it wasn't very good. It needed more flavor. I do admit that I didn't add the meat in it...so that could have been it. I'm not sure...but the only thing I did like was the creaminess.

    It is interesting that people either loved or hated this one. The sauce is too loose and the recipe does call for way too much bread crumbs. The pasta wound up dry even though there was a ton of expensive rich cheese in there. Perhaps it was the 7 cups of milk! Bottom line... I agree with everyone who disliked the recipe.

    Don't waste your time or money on this one. Easy to make, but very bland. Reheating it the next day was even worse -- dry and even more bland (if that's possible.

    This recipe called for far too much milk. I didn't use anywhere near 7 cups and it was still too runny. Saving grace was the crunchy fresh bread crumb topping and fresh basil. Nevertheless, I'll stick with Bobby Flay's Showdown Mac & Cheese sauce when I want a pasta dish like this.

    Loved this dish! Made it with the filet mignon and goat cheese - great dinner party meal - all my guests loved this. I would only make it once a year since it parade of calories and fat - but it is worth it once in a long while. Thanks Giada!
