    First of all, I just want to declare my love for pasta: you can do so many different things with it and never get bored. My new favorite thing to do with past nowadays, has to be Giada's Farmer's Pasta (hands down*
    It's hot and gooey, milky and cheesy. All the flavors just pop out like the pancetta (I just used bacon bits...it gets the job done, and the garlic, too; but the best part is, it's extremely easy. I can make this in a snap and it looks like I did alot of hard work.
    I always liked Giada, but now I adore her!

    For what I paid to prepare this meal, it should have been much, much better than what it was! ALso, the recipe calls for too much breadcrumbs. They totally overpowered the dish!! I would cut them by 1/2

    This dish was wonderful. I makes a hugh amount of food so I hope you have plenty to feed! If not it re-heats well. The bread crumbs were a little much, but mixed real well when re-heating the dish,and worked great. I reccomend this dish for any occasion! Loved it!

    Wonderful and rich, though high in price and cholesterol.
    The fact that the recipes' lack of instruction to bring the milk to room temperature should not have been a huge problem. Mine was straight from the fridge- it just took a bit more time to warm up. It shouldn't have caused any problems if the cold milk was gradually brought to a boil.
    Overall, an excellent dish, but definitely not for dieters.

    This recipe was just okay. It was expensive and time consuming to make and not entirely worth the effort. For the time and money spent, I think there is better.

    My family is very picky, but we all enjoyed the farmer's pasta. It was delicious and very easy to make. The only drawback is how heavy and fattening it is.

    Don't let the list of ingredients intimidate you, this was easy enough to make that my husband cooked this entier dish for be with no help beginning to end! Creamy, cheezy with tons of flavor.
