    I made this for dinner last night and boy, was it yummy! I loved the flavor of the garlic and the cheesy sauce. I'll definitely make it again. I couldn't find pancetta at my grocery store, so I used bacon. One suggestion for those considering making this dish - prep everything first (chop, grate, etc. and then sauteeing and cooking everything will be much easier. I used the smallest grating blade of my food processor for all the cheese grating.

    When Giada was preparing this meal along with the other 3 I thought... " OMG! this has to be sooooo good!" I've been thinking about this meal since I saw it on FN. So, I will definitely try it! Thanks Giada for the Everyday Italian

    I made this for my mother for Mother's Day. It was a huge hit (not just with her but also with my father, husband and children!! Served with a simple salad, you don't get much better!!

    I thought this recipe turned out pretty well. I wasn't used to some of the flavors of the cheeses used but other than that very good!

    It sounded so good, but it was much more time consuming to make than I expected and the ingredients were expensive. My husband (I cook, he cleans up the kitchen afterwards complained I must have used every pan/utensil in the house. The kids did not like it and I could take it or leave it. I won't make again, but if I did I'd cut back on the garlic.

    I made this for a dinner party and it received rave reviews. Right out of the oven it was soupy. Letting it sit a little bit made it just the right consistency. Very flavorful!
