I have been searching for a really good alfredo for years, this was by far the best that I have found. I have a picky 7 year old who asked for 2nds .... we do have allergies so I didnt add any lemon at all but it was still yummy!!! and so easy to make. Thank u Giada

This was such an easy and delicious recipe. I always read reviews for helpful hints before trying a new recipe. I did cut back on lemon juice as suggested and used only one tablespoon. I will add this to my list of favorite recipes!

I really liked this recipe! I am never buying jarred Alfredo sauce again!! I followed the advise of previous reviews and reduced the amount of lemon juice and I watched the video before I started to cook. I liked how all the flavors came together with the lemon juice and the nutmeg. Thank you Giada!

It needs to have one tablespoon of lemon...if any at all. Garlic was a nice add to it. Also add chicken because chicken alfredo is much better!!!!!!

Love the lemon. I use fresh Meyer Lemons from my trees. I cut the butter in 1/2. This dish goes well with grilled asparagus & lemon pepper chicken.

I cut the lemon in half but was still too strong, to make things much worst it was way too buttery, the pasta came out shiny from the 12 tablespoons of butter, I felt like throwing up after I had a few bites (I must have done something wrong as no one else commented on the butter quantity.

Too much lemon and cheese for sure. Next time I would reduce the amount of lemon and cheese; add more cream.

I think it has too much lemon in it, I would cut the amount of lemon in half. Have had better Alfredo sauces for sure.
