This dish is easy to prepare, but way too much lemon. Will make again, cutting down on the lemon and adding some garlic.

I am not one for creamy sauces. This was easy and good. I really liked the lemon tang to the sauce. I am just not a huge alfredo fan.

Giada I love your show & all your recipes. This was the best fettuccine alfredo I've ever had-even my husband loved it. After reading the reviews, I decided to cut out the lemon juice but still added the lemon zest; it was perfect. I will definetly make this dish again.

...that is, if you haven't already, in which case...WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? This is the absolute best fettucine alfredo I've ever had. The lemon adds just a hint, and I do mean a HINT, of "zing", helping to cut the richness of the cream and cheese. As a result, this dish doesn't leave you with the feeling that there's a boulder lodged in your gut. I served the fettucine with Giada's chicken parmesan, making my hubby a happy, happy man.
This recipe has it all: ease of preparation and great taste. I'll definitely make it again and highly recommend it to others.

This recipe was super easy and super delicious. I'm going to go easier on the lemon juice next time. You can always taste the sauce and add more later.
