This recipe was so easy to make and so delicious. The lemon flavor in the alfredo makes it so it's not such a heavy dish. But really, how can you go wrong with all that cream and butter?

Amazing!! This was such a great dish. Ofcourse I tweaked it a little since I only had 1 c. of Parm I substitued the second cup with a mix of cheddar and mozarella and also added pan fried zucchini slices and chunks of chicken breast. Might see if I can make it "lower fat" (if possible! next time. Great recipe Giada :

Now,this is the recipe Am comfortable with~true Fettucine Al Fredo. So,prepare Very Few Times in the Year.Substitute what Am Allergic to and keep the Rest. It has the creamiest Flavours and Filling.Heat bowls w/Hot Water prior to keep from "seizing" Pasta.Just warn Guests.Play around w/Cheeses.Asiago is a Great One as is Manchego.Grate same as "Parm".Pour hot water out of bowls and try to get excess water out.Very important. Not for Every week, yet Giada knows Pasta the Best.Delicioso,Ciao Bella

Love it...and very close to the video recipe on my site. Great rich dish. I didn't use any of the lemon juice, but liked the zest. Good call.
