I like this recipe because it offered me the opportunity to get acquainted with the preparation of an infused oil. I had a package of pepperoncino on hand, I was able to crumble the chili by hand and I left some whole to add texture and attractiveness to my angel hair,

I have made this many times for company and it is a winner! I do add some strips of grilled or baked chicken breast, as well as some cooked fresh asparagas pieces to make it a main dish meal.

I tried this recipe, used just half the amount of all ingredients(just enough for me.. I actually used plain olive oil(not chili oil, and sprinkled the red pepper flakes .. found this to be very light and great!! will definitely do this again so that my friends can have a taste of this very easy to do pasta recipe, not to mention its great taste.. thanks Giada!!

This is my families favorite pasta :- I oven roast asparagus and place on top of the pasta just before serving. The rest of the dinner consist of slow cooked "fall off the bone" lemon pepper chicken, a nice salad, crunchy bread and a great glass of wine. I have served this meal at several dinner parties (it makes a lot! and get rave reviews every time. Love it!

Normally I wouldn't bother commenting on a recipe I don't really care for, but this was extraordinarily terrible. After I finished making the dish I thought it smelled terribly strong of lemon and as it turns out there was a reason for that; All I was able to taste was lemon! The taste of the parmesan was non-existant and the taste of the parsley was completely obliterated by the over-powering lemon. This should be called Spicy Lemon Pasta because the lemon and the red pepper flakes are the only things you'll notice upon tasting. This remains and will most likely remain the worst thing I have ever made.

I made this with some turkey breast this evening, it was awefull... i'm glad i made a cauliflower dish with it on the side, cause otherwise we'd just been eating turkey! I ate about 1/2 a cup from it, my husband and 3 year old daughter didn't thouch it. So i just had to trow it all out. I love Gaida's show to watch, but i'll be reading the recipies more than ones now before making it,

This was easy and delicious. We also had the fiery chicken which was amazing as well. Giada is starting to impress me.

My husband and I just bought our first house after living in an apartment for the first 4 years of our marriage. Our apartment had a tiny kitchen, and our house has a huge one, so one of my goals has been to make a new recipe each week. Tonight we made Giada's Fiery Angel Hair Pasta. And I have to say that it was delicious! I've never tried one of her recipes before, but I'll be trying more of them now!

I thought that an interesting variation would be to add some peas to it (also a little healthier than just eating the pasta plain. My husband actually tried adding some soy sauce to his and it was really good too! It made it have an Asian feeling to it. Very yummy!
