Mark watched Giiada make this a couple years ago and it he liked the degree of difficulty and the right amount of flavor.
He nails this dish and we always enjoy it twice. The next day as leftovers.
This is his specialty for Dinner because he is mainly a Breakfast maker.
    We highly recommend!

A very tasty dish in which you can control the amount of spicyness.

Easy recipe for those who like the types of food I like to eat. I served this with a meal, and the heat shocked a few. Those who liked it--loved it!

Made this for Mother's Day lunch and everyone loved it. It is really hot so I might cut down on the amount of red pepper flakes in the chili oil next time. Also, I added a lot of extra parm cheese which really seemed to cut the extreme hotness.

This recipe, unfortunately, did not work. I tried to make the chili oil twice but the oil just didn't absorb the chili flakes. I also made sure that I used high quality olive oil and brand new, fresh chili flakes. Luckily, there are hundreds more awesome Giada recipes out there.

I substituted bow tie pasta for the angel hair and left out the lemon zest. It still came out great! Will definitely make again.
