My boyfriend made only two of the six steaks, so we cut the amount of balsamic vinegar by 2/3. It was delicious!

Everything was very tasty. The balsamic syrup was great and the steaks were cooked to perfection.I substituted bleu cheese for goat cheese.

This was the best filet I've had in quite some time. Recipe was so simple and the results exceed the effort. Wonderful recipe.

This was outstanding. We served this with roasted asparagus and cherry tomatos topped with parmesean cheese along with sauted mushrooms. We will serve this again to family and friends

This was a very, very good recipe. The syrup adds something special to the filet. We even used "cheaper" filet that was on sale and it turned out great. Also be on the lookout for goat cheese flavored with herbs. We used the goat cheese with pepper and it added a nice kick. Great recipe, Giada!
