The Balsamic syrup is as delicious as it is easy to make. Try it on roasted kale!
    Thanks Giada,

I have made this a dozen times and everyone loves it, BUT I have to try different cheeses on top because all agree that it becomes much to rich when I try different cheeses. I have not found the right cheese so this does not taste too rich, otherwise its easy and wonderful!

I typically make pan sauces to accompany poultry and meat dishes, so I knew I had to try this. I plan on preparing it for a Valentine's dinner for 12, but made it last night for two. 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar, reduced by half. Sweet and delicious. I'll probably reduce it a little bit more next time. Heat it on no more than a medium heat, and rely on appearance and feel, as well as taste, of course, to determine when it's done. The video confused me because Giada begins with 1-1/2 cups of balsamic vinegar, yet her reduction is definitely more than 1/3 of a cup. More like a full cup. Bottom line, it's excellent.

This recipe was so good, I was inspired to write my first review on food network! It's super easy and makes the house smell so good, my husband and I joke that it smells like Mastros. Did not have any problem with the balsamic. But I probably did not cook it on med-high the entire time. If it starts bubbling too much, turn the heat down.....anyone with at least some cooking experience should know that, right?! I divided the recipe into thirds to serve two, so did not cook the balsamic for the full 18 min. I once tried it with herbed goat cheese as it was all I had in the fridge and it was even better than the plain goat cheese. I am planning to make it again for friends on NYE. Thanks Giada, another hit recipe!

This was so easy to make, and it was fantastic. My boyfriend doesn't go out side of the box very much. He loved it as well. I will be making it for all of my friends now.

Dear Giada, This recipe was so succulent and flavorful that we barely had enough room for a salad and roasted asparagus. It was so delectable and we enjoyed every bite. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

This was a wonderful recipe. Pairing the goat cheese with the glaze was great. I allowed the glaze to cool which thickened it up even more. It was nice and sweet against the smooth cheese. This is a keeper!
