Wonderfully delicious! My girlfriend and I made this tonight, and we were not disappointed one bit. We added our own twist to the sauce but it still came out tasting amazing. I will definitely be using this as my number one "easy to make" mushroom sauce.

This is outstanding!! The mushroom gravy is easy to make...followed the directions as written, and it came out just right.
Of note, I found that I needed a 3rd filet (for a total of 1 1/2 lbs of beef to feed 4 people. It also took longer than 10 minutes---probably closer to 20 minutes, to cook. Keep an eye on it with an instant read thermometer.
It was the perfect Christmas Eve dinner. Thanks Giada.

Being a Tx girl, steak is like THE meal priority in my house. I'm always on a quest for a great steak recipe and this is IT! Especially since I can cook it instead of my hubby(The grill king. With teenagers who don't like to eat anything that doesn't look familiar, I stuck with button mushrooms. However, I'm going to sneak some shitake in and see if they notice! LOL I also used a Merlot instead of the Marsala. However, I'm going to use the Marsala next time to compare.

Sooo yummy. Best Marsala sauce ever. I had to leave steak in a lil longer and add a lil more flour to thicken sauce but this dish is delisious and my whole family loved it. Very easy and fast to make.

This is my newest favorite recipe!! The gravy was so delicious!! My husband and I couldn't get enough of it!!! It is extremely easy and fast to make! Next time I have my friends over I know what I'll be making ;
By the way, every one of Giada's recipes that I have made turned out great. They are very well tested!

Yummo! This recipe was so easy. I halfed the recipe since it was for two and it was still delicious! The only thing that was problematic was the flour was lumpy once added! Next time i will whisk it with a bit of water before putting in the sauce to avoid the lumps. I will definitely be making this for company! It is will surely impress guests!

I love love love mushrooms and this sauce was amazing! I made this meal on valentine's day, and my fiance loved it! I'm not a huge rosemary fan so I just added a sprinkle and it came out with just enough rosemary essence. I baked the meat 7min instead of 10 and it came out to the perfect medium rare.

Perfect way to cook a filet! Just outstanding! I messed up the sauce, so can't review that.
