My Family really liked it. I used Haddock, and instead of Italian Bread Crumbs I used "Emeril's All Natural Panko Italian Bread Crumbs. I also added dried basil and oregano with the freshly grated Parmesan Cheese before I added it to the Panko Bread Crumbs.

We love this recipe. I used cod instead of halibut and they turned out great. Stuck to the pan even though I sprayed cooking spray liberally on the pan. Will add this to my "favorites" list.

Very tasty and a healthier alternative to deep fry fish sticks. I used swordfish instead of halibut since it's a little more affordable. Next time I'll try it with mahi-mahi. Just make sure you choose a meety white fish.

Excellent. We added 1/2 - 1 tsp granulated garlic and 1/4-1/2 tsp of cayenne papper to the dry breading mix for some extra zing. Delicious!

Simple and flavorful. They take a little time, but I was able to make these on a Monday night without being rushed. Great flavor and crisp. I feel better eating these than the packaged ones. Well worth your time.

We loved these fish sticks! I used halibut and they couldn't have been easier to make. My daughter helped me which convinced her that there was nothing off the wall in them and she ended up devouring most of them! I served them with a side of roasted garlic & rosemary potatoes. We will be making these again!!

These were delicious. I am not a big fish fan, but the halibut is so mild in flavor that the fish sticks were not intimidating. I paired it with asparagus roasted with parsley, garlic and olive oil and it was amazing. I can't wait for leftovers today!

Did not work for me, but I used Cod. I'll try again if someone has a better fish suggestion. Also mine stuck to the pan I guess I didn't used enough cooking spray. The flavor was good but my husband put hot sauce on his. He loved it. I added corn on the cob as a side good pairing.

These were a huge hit with everyone including my 6 and 3 year old. My husband claimed to hate fish before trying these. I need to make sure I oil the baking sheet a lot more next time though so they don't stick.

My family loved this recipe and it was fairly simple to make. This is one recipe we will be keeping for future use.
