    I loved it. It's has a earthy taste ( which I like the only thing I did a little different is- I also grated some of the parmesan as well - just to make sure all bites had the flavor. Will make again

    This was a delicious and simple salad to prepare. My family enjoyed it very much. It was fresh and tasty. I used good quality olive oil and a nice piece of cheese. If you don't like fresh (raw mushrooms, it's probably not the salad for you. We loved it and have made it several times.

    Simple but wonderful. I used fresh tarragon along with the parsley and pecorino instead of parmesan, which is what I had on hand. Was a huge hit and making it again for another party.

    This recipe is simply delicious and only took 5 minutes to make. It was the perfect addition to my roasted chicken dinner.

    This was so delicious. I'm not big on lemon and olive oil dressing but I had 3 big helpings of this the other day. I could eat this everyday for lunch. For hours after I could still taste the lemon, like I had lemon meringue pie for dessert. This is truly a super food!

    So fresh and delicious! The thinner you slice the mushrooms the better to give it a very light airy texture and look.
