    So easy, delicious and pleasing to the eye!! Used Baby Bellas. On occasion I'll add Kalamata olives and arugala in order to stretch for more servings. My husband and I really love this salad!!

    I love that this recipe is so simple yet so delicious. Big hit again with everyone I've served it to. I pretty much always have mushrooms and lemons in stock so it's become my default salad.

    I love this salad! I had to tweak the proportion of lemon vs. olive oil to suit my taste but once I did that, it was fabulous. It's light and refreshing and if you buy the mushrooms presliced, it takes all of 5 minutes to make. That and a piece of grilled steak (or fish and dinner is ready.

    I was very cautious about how this would taste. I LOVE this salad. I crave it and make it 3-4 times a month. I have keep myself from eating it all in one sitting.

    This was a super light and delicious way to start the dinner. I did add some minced shallots and garlic and let it marinade over night. This dish will be made many times to come!

    I was curios and had t make. Used crimini mushrooms and added onions and WOW! The cheese is a perfect added touch. I have made twice this week and was my dish for a weekly game night and it was huge hit! Already in my recipe rotation.

    I think on this episode of Giada's show, she commented she could eat this salad everyday- and I agree. It is so fresh and flavorful. I did use a little less salad dressing so it was not so tangy- and the mushroom flavors came thru. But wonderful- a summer staple for us!
