Trying Giada's recipes that everyone requests after they try them makes me proud to be Italian!

Just made these for my wife and 3 year old daughter. My wife ate two big ones and she hardly ever eats seconds. This is very labor intensive but easy. Helpful hint though, oil temp and constant attention to your balls so they don't burn. Love it!!!!!! Thanks FN.

Just delicious! Had never made risotto before trying this recipe. The risotto itself I could eat with a spoon, but I forced myself to save it for the rice balls. They take a while to build but are well worth the effort. Everyone loves them. When I took them to a family dinner as an appy, they were gone in a flash with lots of compliments from everyone. I've also tried them with sausage inside. They were good, too! Now I get requests for these and lots of gratitude when I being them. Great recipe! Great taste!

Husband loves them, I wasn't a fan of the gorgonzola. I think I would have liked mozzarella better. Great way to use up leftover risotto.

Amazing!!! All I can say is what is better than cruchy, salty, cheesy, fried goodness. This is a little appetizer I make for my girls dinner and wine nights and also has been hit my sisters kids it's perfect little bite size treat for any little gathering as an appetizer

These are probably the most delicious thing I've ever made and ever tasted! This recipe got me second place in my family's own iron chef competition! The key is having the appropriate ingredients at room temperature and the frying oil up to the correct temperature so everything melts and fries perfectly. I used mozzarella instead of Gorgonzola, and it was still delicious. This can be a time consuming dish, but it's well worth the effort!
