    This was simply outstanding. Light, delicious, flavorful. We had it for supper all by itself and it was surprisingly satisfying. My meat and potatoes husband loved it. A keeper!

    I LOVE this recipe and make it often! I've thrown in different veggies and have needed to use differnet cheese (I can never find the one that is in the recipe and have added grilled chicken for a bit of protein. If you like couscous then I absolutely recommend this recipe! I eat a few spoonfuls before I can get it to the table!

    Light and tasty! I did have trouble with the cousecous sticking to the skillet when I was trying to brown it, but it was very good anyway.

    Love this dish!! The hubby and both like it served warm though, other than that I kept the recipe exactly as written.
