Five star dish, we loved it. I have to share with my co-workers. They asked for the recipe. Thanks Giada

Loved this one too. It went perfectly with the Halibut Sandwiches. It was even better the second day, although the cucumbers were kinda mushy the second day.

My new favorite couscous salad! I added some grilled artichoke hearts also. Very light.

I thought this salad was very refreshing. I used quinoa as well. I will make this again.

Just made it tonight and thought it was VERY good! All the flavors work well together. I think it can be eaten warm or cold. Very crunchy and crisp. I'll definitely make this recipe again.

Great recipe, definitely adaptable. There were a lot of flavors and textures going on - although I love sun-dried tomatoes, I almost think they didn't need to be there, save for the color. I think it would great with just the basil, parmesan, and lemon dressing.

so flavorful and crunchy. I used quinoa instead of couscous, added chopped green onions and omitted the ricotta salata cheese (did not have any. Hubby and I ate most of it for dinner. Wish I had made a double batch!
