Easy and very flavorful. And its a dish that you can get creative with if you want to change the sauce. I liked the lemon but can see how it could be too much so will cut it for others in the future. I made 6 potatoes for us and saved 6 for the weekend with some sauce reserved.

Worked out well...but I agree with others who said it was a little too lemony. Just cut back on the lemon and you have a great side.

Potatoes were great but the dressing was way too lemony - made us all pucker - god thing we served it on the side. Perfect potatoes without it! And I love lemon!

Very good if you can get the potatoes to stay together. I found that if you wait a few minutes to pick them up after smashing them that they stay together much better. Be patient when frying and let them get nice and brown before flipping - this will also help.

When i tried this it turned out alright.. i think i either went overboard on the lemon zesting or we just prefer it with not as much but that's the only thing i would modify about it

I actually didn't fry these ( I was too tired! I simply mashed the boiled potatoes (used Yukon Gold, added the lemon dressing and some olive oil and whole milk to taste. Delicious intense lemon flavor!

This recipe is delicious! Great side dish. I've made this recipe several times and every time it's delicious. One warning: the potatoes do tend to fall apart if you press to hard, but don't worry fry up the broken pieces and they taste just as amazing.
