very tasty. They didn't smash as nicely as they did on TV but still very good.

Really enjoyed these potatoes. I didn't use the baby potatoes, but the recipe still came out well. I microwaved the potatoes before hand to save some time then smashed them (probably should have boiled them and this would have been a five star recipe. What I thoroughly enjoyed was the lemon sauce! Who knew it would have been so fantastic paired with these potatoes!! Thanks Giada, you are rapidly becoming my favorite Food Network Star!

This was sooo easy and really tasty! I was disappointed to discover I didn't have lemons, so can't rate the sauce, altho it sounds awesome. This was a nice alternative to regular french fries, and healthier.

Tasty sidedish. I love the size and how well they look on the plate. I've made them exactly like the recipe, at least 10 times!

I saw Giada make these on TV in the afternoon and decided to make these for dinner that very night! They were really good and my husband and I loved them! We ate them alongside salmon and asparagas that I roasted. I topped the salmon with salt, pepper, lemon juice and dill so these potatoes paired perfectly with the dinner. I substituted dill for the thyme and it was very tasty! These will definitely become a regular sidedish in our house!

Very crunchy, earthy, comforting. This dish is delicate and better for you than french fries. I highly recommend it. It's easy to cook and I would know because i'm 14 years old, and I love to cook!

Off the chart delicioso!!! I saw a recent episode where Giada had a friend over for lunch and served a side of these potatoes and knew this recipe is right up my alley. Lebanese heritage..everything has lemons..I love lemons, I love cooking, I love to eat, I love friends to eat my food and I love Giada. Many thanks for this outstanding recipe, Giada...and if you need to hire anyone, I'm your gal.

So amazingly good! I like potatoes but with the lovely bright sauce they were a completely different food. My husband and son, both finicky, loved them as well. Three of us ate about half the recipe so I'm looking forward to trying them for breakfast and using the leftover sauce as a condiment per earlier posters. Try it, you'll like it.
