Giada does it again! I made this tonight with smoked gouda and no tomato, and it was fabulous. Fast and easy, too.

So easy, so tasty, a winner! Everyone loved it. I used cast iron and had no issues - flawless. Thank you Giada!

This was so yum. The flavor was awesome. I added 1cup of diced ham & half of a onion . Fontina cheese was really good & creamy.

Omg, first time making a frittata ever, and this was so tasty. I used half & half instead of heavy cream, because I buy that for coffee consumption anyway : Instead of asparagus and tomato, I sautéed some diced white onions and halved brussel sprouts. So good and inexpensive!!

Trust the previous reviews. This is as easy as it gets. You can put anything in it and use any kind of cheese. It's a keeper!

Excellent and easy. I sauteed a chopped shallot with the asparagus. I was hesitant to put my non stick skillet under the broiler for 5 minutes so I used a cast iron skillet. It worked fine but I did shorten the cooking time. Husband said a definite keeper recipe.

I have made this several times now, and just LOVE IT! The fontina cheese is sooo creamy. My husband loves it even though it doesn't have meat in it so that's a plus!
