This was a fabulous recipe. Very easy, very delicious and very nutritious. Fun for me and my daughter on a late Sunday morning. My daughter and I are hooked on the Food Network Channel, we are always on the lookout for quick, good and healthy meals to prepare.

Very easy to make and delicious! HOWEVER, I really don't like overdone eggs -- you gotta be careful getting it from the stove into the broiler. Next time it will be a 5 star I'm sure...

This was simple to make and beautiful when I was done. However, it didn't really have much flavor and is basically an Italian omlet.

This is the first dish of Giadda's I didn't care for. The fontina was too strong and it didn't cook all the way through. I threw the rest of it away. Honestly, the "South Beach" diet's Spinach Frittata blows this one away.

This dish is unbelievably easy to make and is a great easy dinner, or great for brunch (it really does impress. I have made it this way several times, and a few times I have tried different cheeses and veggies. It is extremely versatile. I made it last night with leftover spinach and mozzarella cheese, as that's all we had on hand and wanted a quick last minute dinner. GIADA, YOU ARE THE BEST CHEF ON FOOD NETWORK!!! I love your book, also. I bought 6 more for friends and family! Thank you for all the great recipes that even a not so experienced cook can easily follow!

My friends and I loved this recipe! I made it the night before and served it the next day for lunch. Didn't take long to make, wasn't expensive, and got rave reviews!

My husband & I enjoyed this frittata - and I don't even like eggs! We'd never tried fontina before. It was delicious.

The recipe is fantastic! I didn't have the ingredients that are in it, and so I used what I had (as was suggested in the show: sauteed onions, a little bacon, chopped green and yellow squash, sprinkled with parm. cheese. Delish! (It's great reheated the next day too. Think I'll try fresh spinach next.
