Ok, let me just say... WE......HOO.....!!!!!! Love this. I have never made a Frittata before and waala, beautiful and yummy and easy and I'll be doing this again and trying all kinds of different fillings. My brain is already spinning with ideas. I added sweet peppers and onions cause, what the heck...why not? Also, did not use olive oil because I have heard not to use it with a cast iron skillet as the pan would take on the flavor of the olive oil, so I used only butter. I have never had fresh asparagus before and it was perfectly done and very tender. Hey, how can you go wrong with butter? This is a wonderful recipe that I will make again and again.

Very flavorful! Ingredients work well together. Super fast and easy to make.
The deli department told me they had fontina that was very flavorful and some brands that were not as much. I bought the one they said was flavorful. Not sure how different the taste would have been.

OMG! This dish was so delicious. I made it for this first time today for an Easter brunch I was hosting for friends and family. EVERYONE loved it and asked me to share the recipe. I wouldn't change a thing and would definitely make it again!

What more could anyone ask? Easy and delicious. Followed directions to the tee and had perfect results. Family enjoyed this as an Easter appetizer, something my mother always made. Not a speck was left on the platter.

Have been able to make this rewarding dish for adults and children, and everyone raves about it for the last several years. Easy to make, but they don't have to know it. And everyone always wants another slice. Thank you Giada for putting tasty, healthy breakfast back on the table.

A delicious, easy and adaptable recipe. After making it per the ingredients/amounts I made some variations: halved cherry tomatoes were sweeter and dispersed more evenly. Boursin cheese dolloped on top before going under the broiler, then spread thinly over the entire top once it started to cool a bit provided a different flavor. I can't wait to start playing with different veggies! Thank you, Giada!

Delicious and easy! Used 1% milk, chicken sausage, onion, tomato, and a shredded 3 cheese blend since that's what I had on hand. Will definitely be making again!
