Yum! So quick & easy to make. Substituted baby yellow squash & red onion for the asparagus and added some fresh parsley. To make it healthier I used milk instead of cream and also left out the butter. Turned out to be absolutely delicious despite the substitutions & omissions. Will definitely make this again! Looking forward to trying out different veggie combinations.

This is the easiest frittata to make. I have made it several times for a large crowd. It bakes up a beautiful golden brown and taste awesome.

Just had this for dinner. I'm not an asparagus fan so I used zucchini instead and added some sweet onion I had. This was fantastic! Like a reviewer before me, I can't wait to try other veggie combos for this. So easy to make. We didn't have leftovers, because we ate so much at dinner!!! Thanks again Giada!!

Wonderful, and easy. Even my college age son who doesn't like asparagus (not eggs so much either loved it! Made it for a light dinner with sausage and toast on the side (or as my son says, "Brinner".

For such a simple recipe, this frittata was so tasty! A perfect combo of flavors and a must save in anyone's recipe box. Another winner from Giada.

Wow, this was so good! I grilled the asparagus because I was grilling some other things and added some leeks because they were ready in the garden. I also used a bit of parm instead of the fontina because that is what I had on hand. So yummy! I don't think you could mess this up if you tried! I can't wait to try it with a variety of veggie combos and cheeses. We added a salad to complete our dinner and I had plenty leftover for lunch the next day.

This was great, I was wondering if anyone knew the calories or nutritional info in this dish?
