    Enjoyable especially with fresh asparagus from our farmers market. The asparagus needed closer to 4-5 minutes to saute but other than that, the recipe as noted worked perfectly. Be creative this recipe serves a great basis for many other creative ingredients.

    Just served this frittata for Father's Day brunch and although I have made this recipe many times, it always gets rave reviews from my family. Definitely a crowd pleaser...I wouldn't change a single thing...it's easy and delicious!

    I made this for Easter brunch and everyone loved it. People were grabbing two and three pieces before others had even gotten one slice. Delicious!

    This was my first attempt at a frittata and I will definitely be making this recipe again. So easy! The only change I made was to add a couple of handfuls of mushrooms.
