This was very easy to make, I didnt have heavy whipping cream on hand so I used whole milk and it came out great!

I was a little worried at first that my husband would like the frittata because he is a very picky eater. But he loved it!! I even offered to put ham or bacon in it the next time I made it but he said he loved it just the way it was.

He even was telling our friends how good it was!!

Very easy to make. I served it at a brunch and the only complaint was that I didn't make more.

I have searched for great breakfast dishes for years and this is one of the most delicious I have found. Once finshed, I spinkled aome fresh herbs and served it with toasted baguette slices with fresh ricotta & rapsberry preserves, and tangarine mimosas. Fantastic!

Loved this before an early game with muffins. Next time I'd add some onions and ham or crispy crumbled bacon. A winner!

This was delicious. I added one red potato, and some chopped, thick sliced deli ham, and some crushed red pepper flakes. Came out great!!

It is quick and easy to make. Hardly recommend. My calphalon non-stick has not been approved for broil-use, so I baked it at 400 for 10 minutes.
