Loved it! My three year old had 4 helpings! I forgot to serve it with the maple syrup, but we didn't miss it. I had strawberries on hand not cherries and it was GREAT!

I was skeptical, never having seen a recipe for a sweet frittata - then I read the reviews below; they convinced me to give this a try. All these flavors and textures worked together beautifully! My daughter took a bite and said "Oh, my goodness, this is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth."

Wonderful blend of flavors! As a previous reviewer mentioned, the goat cheese is a must inclusion! For just my wife and I, I use an 8 inch skillet with about 2/3 of the listed ingredient quantities. Due to availability, I substituted red raspberries for the cherries.

On my first try, I used medium heat for 5 1/2 minutes and the bottom turned out black rather than brown. Now I cook it at medium-low heat for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes and it turns out a nice golden brown!

    Thanks Giada!

Ok, when I read sugar in the eggs, goat cheese, and then maple syrup?!? I was skeptical to say the least. But this was an awesome dish, perfect for bruch! Dont skip the syrup or the goat cheese - they are both integral to the balance of the dish. I did substitute fresh peaches for frozen, fresh blueberries for frozen cherries, and fresh rosemary for fresh thyme, but the result was great. I will definitely be making this again!

Wonderful dish! I am not generally a fan of egg dishes, but the fruit and cheese brought lots of great flavors! This was a big hit with the whole family, will definitely be making this again!

YUM! Rich and tasty. I made this recipe with fresh fruit (peaches and cherries and only 1 T sugar. It is hours later and I'm still enjoying the flavors! The combination isn't something I would have thought we would have enjoyed. My husband is ready to add this to our weekly breakfast menu. I fully agree.

Made it with two eggs and scaled the remaining ingredients accordingly, as it was just for me and myself. I used jarred peaches, which I cut into chunks, dried Bing cherries, 2 percent milk, and Feta cheese, as these were the ingredients I had at hand. I know I tweaked the ingredients, but I stayed true to the method, and the resulting frittata was awesome. I used a little pure maple syrup, which really was a nice addition. This would make a great brunch dish with other dishes for a crowd, as it is quite rich.

It was delicious, even when I substitute whole milk for non fat.

This was delicious, so easy to prepare, and looks great served on a raised platter for brunch. I used 2% milk (as that is all we have and cut back on the sugar (as another reviewer suggestedto 1/4 cup, and it was plenty sweet. The maple syrup adds a nice, additional touch, but in the end, we preferred it without it. I will certainly make this again and again!
