This was delicious for the whole family!!! It's not often I can say that. I made some changes, I used honey maple ham, light cream, and red peppers. Even my youngest devoured it. I also used sliced wheat bread instead of crustier bread, because it was all I had on hand, but tasted great!

I'm really not an egg OR omlet person, but decided to give this a try anyway. I'm so glad I did, it was GREAT! I had to force myself from eating the whole thing, my husband loved it as well.

I coulnd't find another time to make these (or when I was in the mood other than breakfast. They were excellent! It was a definate change to the normal "Fried Eggs and Potatoes". The Prosciutto definately put a kick into it. LOVED IT! I can't wait to make it for Family during the Holiday Season. They will be impressed!

This is the first of Giada's recipes that I have tried. My husband kept coming into the kitchen to ask what smelled so good. The frittata was delicious, I didn't use the bread. I added some diced green chile peppers...absolutely divine! I'll make this again very soon.

This was absolutely wonderful. It was so savory and delicious. I did not put it in the sandwiches, just served it as the frittata, but I bet the sandwiches would have been good also. This is definitely a keeper and something easy and delicious to make for a brunch or for guests. Wonderful!

I decided to try this out at breakfast and it was a big hit. Everyone wanted seconds. Not alot of work at all. The savory taste was absolutely sinful.

This recipie used easy-to-find ingredients and was fast and easy to prepare. The flavors were abosolutely delicioous - I was reminded of the Spanish tortilla, but with an Italian flavor. And to top it all off, there was only one skillet to clean!
