I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. In fact they loved it so much I made a double batch the next day. I did replace the prosciutto with bacon because we didn't have any and it was wonderful!!

This is a great, quick, meal. My kids said that they could eat it everyday. I didn't have any basil so I use a little dried Italian seasoning. Will make again.

This was so easy! I didn't put meat in, which I think would've added a little pizzaz. Also, be careful not to let it cook too long cause mine got a little dried out but it was still soooo yummy!

The fritta taste was unbelievable. It was excellent. It is easy to make and the taste of the ingredient mixture all compliment each other. If you are a omlette or egg lover. This is a must try. Thanks.

Once again, Giada has given another fabulous recipe. Just thinking about this makes me hungry. It is just a great blend of flavors and doesn't need any alteration at all! I've made it twice now and intend to make it again this next week. We tried it without the bread and it was just as good. Highly, highly recommended!!!

This recipe was great. The only thing I did different was replace the Prosciutto with thin sliced ham sandwich meat because I did not have any Prosciutto on hand. My husband loved it. I will make it again.

I served this frittata for a family brunch, and everyone really enjoyed it. It's very flavorful and easy to make. I made it without the bread because I was also serving french toast.

This was a great recipe. Quick and delicious. The only thing I did different was to cook the potatoes for 5 minutes before adding the onion and garlic to prevent the garlic from burning. My husband loved it and suggested adding hot peppers to it?definitely will make again.
