This is DELISH! I already had rum, so I used rum instead of tequila- cant imagine there's a huge difference in the taste there. Also, I forgot to put the mint in the simple syrup, but I didn't miss the mint in here.

This is a great recipe as is. You could switch up the tequila for rum and make it a daquiri. They came out perfectly!

This was great! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get that restaurant-quality frozen consistency, but I was both times I made this. Must be the frozen mango chunks. It is quite sweet, so I added some more tequila to balance it out.

Followed the recipe and found it a bit strong, so doubled the mango and it was great. Can also use frozen mango (leave it out for 10 minutes so it isn't too hard and decrease the ice. Definitely a keeper! Thanks Giada!

This is absolutely delicious! So refreshing and perfect for a pool side party, I need to make more next time. : I used vodka instead of tequila. And I made it virgin for the kids, the kids gulp them up in no time!

This cocktail is so delicious...and come on, healthy with the mango. :- I made the recipe almost exactly as it calls for except I added 1/4 cup of lime juice instead of 3 Tbsp and 1 cup of tequila instead of 3/4 cup. I'm glad I did too because with the simple syrup it's a little sweet. I might even add a touch more lime next time. But so refreshing and delicious!
