The cannoli cream alone is to die for. I've used mango instead of kiwi and other berries instead of strawberry and raspberry. Doesn't matter. It's totally the cannoli cream. I've never added the almonds though. hmmmm.... I make this all the time, in fact I tried tonight, but silly me, you can't turn half and half into whipped cream :( so instead the mixture is in the freezer and I'm seeing if I can make ricotta and cinnamon ice cream instead :

How could this not be good? Fantastic and easy dessert served to guests. The almonds are must.

I make this recipe all of the time and I serve it in a martini glass. It is so simple and delicious. Very refreshing and not too heavy tasting. Great dessert for the summer as well.

This is a great alternative to a tradition whipped cream and fruit parfait. The hint of cinnamon really pushes this over the top and the ricotta adds an interesting texture element. An amazing and simple to make dessert that I'm sure I will be making very often!

I made this last night for a BBQ for 8 and I got a lot of ewws and ahhhhs when I set it on the table. All loved it and I followed the receipe to a T for the cream and added bluberries to the fruit. FANTASTIC and this will be my dessert every time I'm asked to take one for a dinner party.

I made this recipe yesterday for the first time to take to a backyard BBQ. It was easy and excellent! The kiwi adds a bright sweetness and the toasted almonds give it a nice bit of crunch. I made it exactly as directed and three different people asked me for the recipe. This will definitely be one of my go-to recipes for the rest of the summer! Thanks Giada!

I loved the cannoli cream, and gladly added it on my fruit. My brother-in-law didn't like it, but I don't think he's a fan of cinnamon (could be left out next time. Yum!

I made the sauce but I didn't use it with fruits. I fried wonton wraps and put it together. Easy and light cannoli.
