It had the perfect combination of sweetness and tartness. It didn't have the heavy feeling that alot of desserts do. Perfect for welcoming springtime.

My Italian husband loved this. The cinnamon in the cream really compliments the fruit. Will make it again for sure.

It is so easy to make and the lemon juice is what makes the fruit taste so good, this dessert is so refreshing and light I make it for almost everytime I have a get together.

I Want to eat the whole thing myself.
I never new cannoli cream could tast so good. Berries are why I like the summer season. I did a little somthing different with recipe: I perchased an anglefood cake and cut it in half and put berries and cannoli cream in the center used whip cream for iceing put berries in the hole in the middle put connoli cream on top. It was gone in five minutes at the birthday party I went to. I should have made two.
    Great desert.:

The subtle taste of raspberries and kewi fruit complement and tone down the stronger taste of the strawberries. Add to this the toasted almonds and the ricotta cream topping, and you are rewarded with "A Taste of Heaven" in your mouth. Not only is this easy to prepare, but your family and guests will love this fruit salad served on its' own or as a dessert.
