I made this dish on Christmas Eve, added a double-rich chocolate cookie on the side, and used it as dessert. It was a perfect end to a full-bodied meal. The cannoli cream was a snap to put together and made a beautiful presentation. The best judge was my husband asking "You're going to make this again...right?"

my friends loved this recipe I had a few of my friends pop over unexspectedly and they wanted something sweet so I remebered that I had just printed off this recipe and it was a huge hit I made it right infront of them they were amazed at how easy it was

Me, my husband and my 6 years old son loved this receipe...it is so easy to make and not too sweet. The combination between the cream, toasted almond and the fruit was incredible. Every one MUST try it ...you will love it...it is a very elegant... delicious... and easy to make desert and a good way to encourage kids to eat fruits.

I substituted some crumbled amretti cookies for the almonds and this went over very well as a desert. The sweetened ricotta is really good.

I ran out to buy the ingredients for this salad the very same day I saw the episode. It was fast and easy and great. I tried it first using only the ingredients the recipe called for, then I experimented a bit with different fruit and bigger batches of cream topping. My kids love it! This is a very simple way to get kids to eat their fruit servings. Thanks!

This was absolutely wonderful. The Cannoli Cream was the perfect topping for the fruit....not too sweet...just right. I also substituted blackberries for the raspberries and it was equally superb and more colorful. This is a definite keeper.

I liked the taste of this cream with fresh raspberries. However, I think I may have overmixed. It seemed a little lumpy, otherwise great!
