This was delicious, buts needs more spinach, or chicken added. Love the pepper. Yum! Nice and creamy. Thanks again Giada!

This is a creamy delicious pasta with a hint of heat from the pepper (probably a bit on the heavy side for my taste. I added salt and pepper to taste as suggested by the reviewers and added 2 small grated zucchini. Possibly a good substitute for a traditional mac-n-cheese.

I made the recipe exactly. Was so salty my wife and I couldn't even eat it. There was also too much pepper.

This was delicious! I added some chicken breast that I had cooked in the oven and cut up which made it a complete meal. I also chopped the garlic and left it. Next time I might double the amount of fresh spinach because it need more in my opinion. This makes a lot of food so I was even able to freeze leftovers in containers for my 2 year old to have for other meals. She loved it, too!

I made this exactly by the recipe and couldn't even eat it. The salt and pepper overpower everything else, and I love pepper. I will try it again with half the pepper and less than half the salt, and possibly a bit more mascarpone.
Keep in mind to season to taste!!! :-

Boring! Very bland & unexciting. Usually Giada's dishes are wonderful... not this time! Just so much pasta & cheese, not very appetizing. It needs something more, like chicken, chili, more flavor!

Very Easy & delicious. Just added stove top grilled zuccinni & brocclli& that added so much more flavour. The Mascapone cheese definately is creamy, but too heavy. The Black pepper gave the dish a Tada for sure!! Just bought some Parm& Red Pepper Baquette & that was the perfect finish. I would definately add a protien to it.

I made this recipe except I had bow-tie pasta in the cupboard, so I used that. I wanted a main dish, so I added proscuitto ham to it at the very end, and it was delicious! Easy and fast. Will make again.

This recipe is awesome! The mascarpone cheese adds such flavor. It's like an Alfredo Sauce without all the butter. I added more spinach to it other than that I followed the recipe "to a T". I'll definately be making this again. I'm going to try it with other vegetables as well. Thanks Giada!
