This is a great pasta dish full of fresh flavors! Rather than frozen artichoke hearts, I used two vacuum packed 8 oz. packages of artichoke hearts from the produce section. I also used a full 8 oz. jar of sundried tomatoes. This would also make a great pasta salad, sans sausage, served with a vinaigrette.

This pasta is so tasty and easy to make, the flavor combinations are great!!!! I have made this pasta for many of my friends and family even my picky eaters, who aren't fond of artichoke hearts, and or sundried tomatoes and to even their suprise they loved it!! I use bowtie pasta too the cheese and other ingredients really stick and nestle into pasta just as well as the fusilli

I made this with marinated artichoke hearts, it gives a little more zing!

Easy to make, and great flavors. I made a few modifications:
    - reduced sausage by 1/2 (I don't like too much meat
    - omitted parsley, and basil is optional

Fantastic! I made it with hot italian turkey sausage. I didnt buy enough artichokes by accident, (which I couldn't find frozen i just used a can so i ended up adding some peas and it tasted great! My boyfriend is not a fan of sundried tomatoes and wasnt to thrilled when i told him that i was making this but turned out he loved it! He even took the leftovers to work! Another good one, thanks Gaida!

Excellent! I made it with chicken, little bit of spicy sausage and spinach instead of artichokes because that's what I happened to have on hand. I simply added some red pepper flakes to add a little zing to compensate for the chicken I added. It was truly a spectacular recipe!

Yumalicious! If you like your pasta with a bit of a bite from the hot sausage, make this. If you want to lower the bite mix hot and sweet sausage.
