Excellent! I made it with chicken, little bit of spicy sausage and spinach instead of artichokes because that's what I happened to have on hand. I simply added some red pepper flakes to add a little zing to compensate for the chicken I added. It was truly a spectacular recipe!

Yumalicious! If you like your pasta with a bit of a bite from the hot sausage, make this. If you want to lower the bite mix hot and sweet sausage.

I thought his pasta was so full of flavor. Both my kids really liked this as well. I followed the recipe to a T and thought it was perfect. I will for sure make this often!!

I really really love this pasta. Fairly easy to make and has the most in depth flavors, especially the sun dried tomatoes, the fresh parsley, and the melting mozzarella cheese is to die. I've also made the same dish with dried sun dried tomatoes...I just rehydrate them in some water and leave them for a couple of hours to hydrate. Still works out delicious...so instead of adding the sun dried tomato oil, I use olive oil and there is not difference in taste. I highly recommend this pasta and it was a hit at a recent baby shower.

I know this will sound quite strange to many, while I no longer eat meat or fowl, I still prepare meat dishes for gatherings. I came across this recipe about a year ago and every time I have prepared it people are blown away by the flavor blends. I love to cook and people tell me I am quite good at it. If you follow the directions you will have an instant hit. Your friends and family will love it. This recipe speaks for itself - outstanding!!

I used chicken sausage stuffed with feta cheese and spinach. i used vegetable noodles to give color. I omitted the artichokes. It is a good side dish. I think Giada's other Fusilli recipe is way better
