I used chicken sausage stuffed with feta cheese and spinach. i used vegetable noodles to give color. I omitted the artichokes. It is a good side dish. I think Giada's other Fusilli recipe is way better

I love this recipe! Although I made a few changes: I used marinated artichoke hearts from a jar and used the juice as part of the chicken broth/wine liquid (then cut down on the broth. I used sun dried tomatoes without oil, and I used smoked mozzarella once and it was delicious! Also I grilled the sausage. Easy and a dinner party pleaser!

I liked this but it was too dry,for the amount of money the ingredient's cost I hoped for a better result.

i knew this was a likely hit thanks to the sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts (two of my mom's favorite ingredients. my family is not normally into spicy foods, but i'm glad i stuck with the hot italian sausage rather than opting for something milder. a definite winner!

This was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I cannot get over how tasty, easy, filling, flavorful-- I could go on and on!I I followed the recipe exactly, minus the wine (just used more broth and it was perfect! I'm adding it to my collection and will definitely be making more of Giada's recipes (this was my first of hers. I can't wait to try variations, with maybe spinach, chicken, etc. YUM!

One of my all-time favorite pasta dishes. With more liberal amounts of cheese of course.

So This is delish! And the husband agrees! I made changes by making it healthier: skipped the can processed tomatos and put in a fresh tomato, just cut it up. skippped the sasuage, its more money and its healthier and tastes extreamly yummy without it! And frozen artichoke?? yuck. I used the canned with olive oil instead. Considering getting hearts from a artichoke itself is a pain in the butt. using this was just as good and healthier. I used beef broth, i didnt have any chicken, but it turned out amazing! used real white wine that I had in the fridge. skipped the parmasan and used just mozerella. Cheese is faty, but its good not in excess. Just used the dried spices, cut down on cost that way. And using sea salt is better for you. Hope this helps someone!

I used spinach instead of artichokes and Trader Joes Basil & Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage instead of italian sausage and it tasted great. Easy to make too!
