This is my most favorite home-made pasta dish ever! I have been making it for several years now and have never been disappointed. It is my ultimate comfort food. I'd encourage you to try it if you like artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and sausage. It takes me a little longer than 20 minutes to put it together but it is definitely worth the effort. I can't usually find fresh mozzarella but it is delicious with a good quality bagged or block mozzarella from my local grocery store.

A Family favorite! Even make it vegan by leaving out cheese and sausage, and it is still great!

This recipe was so delicious! I actually used artichokes in oil, and I wish I'd have used more - they made the dish. I added a little extra spice because some reviews said it was bland, and it was so flavorful. I will definitely make this again and again.

The flavors were very very good. I substituted the Italian sausage with Aidelle's artichoke sausage and it was still delicious. Yum!

The overwhelming number of positive reviews led me to this dish, which turned out to be a disappointment. The sauce was not really what I consider a sauce. It just tasted like tossing pasta with the sausage, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and cheese- which would have been a lot less work. Nothing special.

We loved this. I made it without the sausage or the mozzarella.
I will make this over and over again

This is an amazing dish. Loved all the flavors blending together. I used Campanelle pasta instead as I am not a fan of fusilli. Great...and will make it again.

I make this recipe all the time! Its fast, easy, and you can mold it any way you like. I like to use hot turkey sausage for a leaner flavor and whole wheat pasta, and I like to add kalamata olives and capers for a little salty bite. The combination of the sweet tomatoes and artichokes and the salty sausage and olives is unbeatable. Great weeknight recipe, and my husband thinks I slaved over it!
