This tasted great! I added chicken italian sausage and used chicken broth instead of the leftover pasta water. My kids loved it and said this is one of their new favorite dishes. This was not an easy chore because my kids hate anything that looks green, but they took it in stride and enjoyed every bit of it!!!

So easy and flavorful! This will surely become a regular meal in our house. I used a veggie rotini pasta and instead of asiago I used pecorino romano. I doubled the tomatoes as well and instead of halving them I just slightly squeezed them with tongs as they were cooking to let out their juices.

This is good, but definitely double the amount of tomatoes.

Wow- simple and so yummy. I also agree with other reviews that say to double the spinach and tomato amount. I also added a "splash" of chicken broth to the spinach while it was cooking. I cut the amount of asiago that Giada said to use because the flavors were so delicious from the spinach and tomato, I didnt want to overrpower it all with too much cheese!

This was super quick and easy. I listened to the great advice of previous reviewers - used half the pasta (I used brown rice fusilli and added red-pepper flakes. I also used two fresh bunches of spinach to get more veggies in and two on the vine tomatoes. Absolutely yum and healthy!

Very tasty and easy. Used 3/4 bag of pasta but otherwise followed exact.

YUM! Wonderful, quick, light, easy meal with great flavors! Took a few suggestions from other postings: halved the amount of pasta, sprinkled in some red pepper flakes and added shrimp to the pan after the spinach & tomatoes and tossed it in with everything else. SO DELISH!!
