Wonderful simple recipe with the perfect amount of flavor! Very simple to make for a weeknight supper. I used whole grain bowties instead of fusilli since that is what I had on hand. Next time, I will add more tomatoes (not necessary to make this good, I just love tomatoes!

    WILL MAKE AGAIN :

I really liked how quick this recipe was. Next time I will definately add more spinach! I also added more garlic than the recipe called for a little extra flavor! it is excellent as leftovers!

I was looking for a vegitarian dish to serve my brother & family.
This recipe is very easy. I actually used 5 oz baby spinach nc I didn't
write on my grocery list. But it was perfect in every sense. It was nit one
of those recipes you had to search the grocery store for ingredients. I appreciate that.

My husband and I just made this and it was so easy. We love everything Giada makes. Next time we will add some more spinach and tomatoes, but the combination the cheese was amazing!

One of the easiest recipes ever. What a great way to get all the good-for-you foods in one dish. Absolutely delicious. Will make again and again.
Thanks, Giada for another excellent recipe.

for a simple dish to make, this recipe has a ton of flavor. like the other reviews suggested, i used a whole pint of tomatoes. the asiago cheese was a nice addition... i usually just use parmesan but i didn't know what i was missing!

what a great recipe! This dish has quickly become my 'go-go" quick meal. I add an extra clove of garlic, a full pint of tomatoes and additional spinach and it's great every time, even when there are leftovers.

I made this for my family just to try something new and they loved it! Even my young children loved it. They keep asking me to make it again! Would make this over and over again!

I made this while visiting my daughter's family...what a hit! I added some sweet Italian sausage for additional flavor, and it wouldn't hurt to add more of the vegetables. Not only did the adults adore this recipe, but it has become my two-year-old grandson's favorite dinner!
