This has become one of my favorite recipes to include in my menu planning. I usually double the amount of spinach. I serve this as a main course, and I often add cooked, chopped bacon. The bacon adds a nice salty flavor and helps me justify serving it as a main course to my husband! I also add chunks of mozzarella at the very end, just before serving. Chopped up string cheese is a really fast way to do that.

This recipe turned out great. I actually ate it as the main course, but it would be a perfect side dish. The combination of flavors was awesome, and I didn't miss not having any meat with it.

I made this recipe for my family tonight and they loved it! The only unfortunate thing is that there weren't any leftovers : One thing I might change next time is to add more spinach and tomatoes, as there seemed to be a little too much pasta for the amount of vegetables in this dish. Also, the Asiago cheese seemed to make the spinach clump together...not sure how that can be avoided. On the bright side, they were the most delicious clumps I've ever eaten. This recipe's a keeper!

This recipe turned out great and was really simple. I added way more garlic than the recipe suggested. The cheese in the leftovers became very soggy. I would recommend keeping the cheese separate until you are ready to eat the pasta.

I made this recipe for the first time last evening and was very happy with it! It's quick, easy, and easily customizable with any extras you want to add in. I loved the combination of the spinach and asiago. Next time I make this recipe I'm going to add in an extra clove of garlic, as well as a full pint of tomatoes as opposed to the half pint the recipe calls for. Another recommendation I have is to use a dutch oven or other large pot for the heating of the garlic, olive oil, spinach, and tomatoes: I tried using a large saute pan (as the recipe says and it was no way near big enough for all the ingredients. Great recipe, though, and I will make it many more times!

Very easy... I added mild Italian Sausage and an extra clove of garlic. Will definitely make this again and again! I would serve it to company.

I made it for the first time, and loved it. I added shrimp and freshly sliced mushrooms and it made a whole meal. My husband even had 2 extra helpings.
