Easy and delicious recipe! I was just thinking about making it again tonight. You can experiment with various cheeses, but make sure you use at least the spinach called for in the recipe. You'll absolutely LOVE this recipe.

Delicious when first made, even better flavors at room temp for lunch the next day. I increased the garlic to 3 cloves, used cut up fresh tomatoes instead of the cherry and next time I will decrease the pasta by half.

great recipe, i switched some ingredients around to make the flavors more defined. I replaced the asiago cheese with goat cheese (tastes great when warm from the noodles and I replaces the tomatoes with sun-dried tomatoes. Flavors were out of this world!

Pretty good. Too much pasta for the amount of tomatoes and spinach. But I loved it. Very light and fresh. Good for a summer salad. I grated extra cheese to sprinkle over the top! YUM

I thought this would be good when I decided to try the recipe but was surprised by how much I liked it. I consider it regularly for the weeks menu.
