This was a very simple dish to prepare. I often use Giada's dishes, as she keeps them simple with huge flavor! I added a bit of red pepper flake, as I love it a little spicy.

This recipe is so easy to make and it tastes so good. After making it once, I didn't need the recipe anymore. You can enjoy it right out of the pan or right out of the fridge. It makes a great main course, side, or just a little snack. I substituted the plum tomatoes for sundried tomatoes...even better.

Cooking for a picky family is difficult, however, this one is a hit. All of my children and my husband loved it and it was extremely simple.

This recipe is excellent. The second time I made it I added a handfull of basil cut in chiffonades as a garnish. Added an extra layer of flavor.

I love, Love, LOVE this recipe! It's fast, simple, delicious and SO versatile. My two boys and I add shrimp and pine nuts and I never have to worry about leftovers. You really should make this several times per week ... and tell your friends and family about it too. You'll soon be the most popular chef on the block, guaranteed!
